This web site is known as an Application Service Provider.

That means we write and run our own application instead of focussing on selling the application. One of the benefits of this is that our income depends on the functionallity and stability of the application - JUST LIKE YOURS DOES!

We want to keep you as a customer - so if there are additional features we can add - you let us know! (There may be a fee to add them immediately.)

ASPing provides the following benefits:

Inexpensive! There is a $200 set-up fee, then we charge by the ticket created. That charge is only $5.00 per ticket! No fuzzy numbers to work with - your budget will know exactly how much ticket administration costs! We invoice monthly.

Still want to buy the software? We can create a turn key application for you on VA Linux machine(s). Or if you like, we can help you install on:

• Solaris
• Linux (RedHat)

Depending on the machine scale, the software can service tens of thousands of users (obviously cuz we are on the internet!)
